PORTFOLIO > BRITTEN GETS THE WHEELS TURNING FOR SHIMANO/LAZER AT SEA OTTER CLASSIC
The Sea Otter Classic is the world's largest cycling festival, pulling in thousands of vendors and attendees from across the world to Salinas, California to experience the latest advancements and technological innovations in the cycling and outdoor recreation industry. To stand out amongst the crowd at the venue, Shimano, a global leader in cycling components, and Lazer, known for inventing the modern bicycle helmet, were gearing up to create an immersive brand experience for spectators and bike enthusiasts alike. With the thousands of other vendors at the event, this tag-team of bike brands needed to hit it big with their display to stand out and create an immersive marketing experience.
After learning of the extensive scope of our capabilities, Shimano and Lazer reached out to us with their vision of designing and fabricating a booth with features that would set themselves apart from the other exhibitors. This was an all-hands-on-deck approach and a total team effort, combining many of our unique capabilities to finish out the full project. The completed build featured a BoxPop® 20 custom shipping container, packed full with a giant Foam3D™ logo, several borderless Infinity™ framed banners, and even a skee-ball machine with custom decals, creating a dynamic and engaging space that highlighted the companies' latest innovations.
The collaboration between Shimano/Lazer and BoxPop® resulted in a visually striking and engaging booth that attracted significant foot traffic and media attention. Attendees had the opportunity to interact with Shimano and Lazer's products in a hands-on environment, , which contributed to increased brand visibility and consumer connection. In hindsight, the success of the booth created an overall positive customer engagement experience for Shimano and Lazer's brands. The custom event space reinforced their positions as thought leaders and innovators in the cycling industry.
