Matt Egan
executive vice president
My favorite part about working at BoxPop is watching our client's dreams come to life through our creative production process. I also love the challenge of disrupting the commercial construction industry with modular construction. In my free time, I enjoy boating, golfing, and spending time with my wife and kids.
Zack Berthelot
operations manager - boxpop
I enjoy the challenge of working on innovative projects and finding new ways to offer a better solution for the customer. I have been with Britten for 11 years across many different departments and roles such as a machine technician, print press operator, fabricator, and have spent my last 5 years at BoxPop. When I am not at work, I enjoy exploring with my wife, daughter, and two dogs.
Cam Penny
project manager
I love helping bring our client's creative vision to life and building up brands! It's incredible to see the transformation from a raw container or bundle of aluminum into a beautiful finished project on site.
Matt Shepler
project manager
I am passionate about adding value to projects and ensuring the customer needs are met. At BoxPop, I get to do that every day, working with clients to turn an empty shipping container into a stunning masterpiece. When I'm not working on projects, you can find me frequently boasting about my two beautiful children.
Nathan Bildeaux
director of engineering
Boxpop gives me a platform to combine creative thinking and engineering to turn client ideas into real products. I've been an engineer for 20 years and love providing technical thought leadership. Outside of work I'm an avid outdoorsman and busy father of two active kids.
Matt Delaney
product engineer
It is exciting to be a part of such a talented team that consistently takes the wildest visions and makes quality, tangible products. Outside of work I enjoy reading, being on the water, and sports.
Scott Demerly
boxpop team lead
I've been with Britten for 4 years working in custom fabrication. The thing I like about boxpop is the brotherhood of it, we can argue and chirp at each other but moments later we'll be laughing together. I think that's pretty rare for most companies. A new hobby my wife and I are going to attempt this year is to garden.
Cliff Caverly
purchasing agent
I have been with Britten for 4 years working as a painter at Boxpop for 3 years, and recently moved into purchasing. One of my favorite things about the company is being part of building some really cool projects. I like to spend my free time outdoors with my family, or riding my motorcycle.
Austin Solem
engineering technician
Previously a welder and now as an engineer, I enjoy the challenge of taking new and innovative visions and turning them into real products. When I'm not at work, I spend my time taking on new hobbies like woodworking, fiberglass, and 3d printing or just relaxing with family and friends.
Jason O'Polka
custom metal fabrication project manager
I have been a project manager for over 10 years in the commercial and residential spaces. After being presented with unique challenges, it is awesome that our team collaborates and develops advanced solutions. I love being part of custom projects across the country. In my spare time, you can find me hanging out with my family, golfing or relaxing around a campfire.
Cam Nagy
assistant team lead- custom metal fabrication
I've been working with Britten for 2 years starting as a welder and fabricator straight out of high school and learned how to operator every piece of equipment in the shop. I recently was promoted to CMF team lead, taking on more responsibility training our crew of small but extremely talented individuals to produce high quality fabricated parts. In my free time I like to hunt, camp, and explore 2 tracks with my friends and family.
