BoxPop® aces PopStroke modular build

In recent years, putt-putt golf has seen a remarkable surge in popularity. It's the perfect blend of leisure and competition where anyone can pick up a putter and play. PopStroke's goal was to bring this experience to the next level by incorporating professionally designed putt-putt golf courses, innovative technology, and a casual bar scene into the classic game. The courses are a spectacle themselves, as they were designed in collaboration with TGR ventures. Looking to push their brand image further into a league of its own, PopStroke came to us to design, fabricate, and install for their new venue in Tuscaloosa, AL.

PopStroke teamed up with our BoxPop® team to design and install an expansive outdoor patio and entertainment space, which includes a custom container bar offering craft beers and signature cocktails. The rooftop deck also provides an elevated dining experience that overlooks both 18-hole courses!

To tackle this project, our team at BoxPop® opted to build the space with the modular construction method, which offers higher capabilities for a semi-permanent space such as this one. Our modular construction certified team was able to use this method to deliver turnkey structures that were assembled in just a few weeks.

The result was a resounding success for the grand opening of PopStroke's Tuscaloosa venue. The PopStroke experience provides a family-friendly and inviting atmosphere by offering activities for all ages and ability levels. Patrons have enthusiastically embraced the elevated rooftop deck and container bar as a central hub and community space, where a refreshing drink is the perfect cooldown after a long day of hitting up the putt-putt golf courses.
